Filkom-Zagreb d.o.o. is an agency for real estate trade, appraisal of the real estates, real estate project development, and managing investments and consulting.

We were established in 1993. and can proudly say that in that period we became members and cofounders of the Croatian real estate market, and have expanded our activities into investments and development.
In the past two years, aside of brokerage in Zagreb where we have our seat, we have started to conduct brokerage of real estates at the coastline and islands, primarily south Dalmatian Islands and in Istria.
